"Poor communication and care little for the black and latino population. My black partner makes a “not at fault claim”, only to have them label you at fault. Mind you, we have a police report. Then come to find out, the officer who took the report did’t even catch that the other person had given fake insurance! We are still waiting for retribution. This person should be in jail and her claim resolved by now with the assistants of this branch! Instead, you say “call here, call there”, YOU call! It’s why she pays for insurance. Her car hasn’t been the same since and it’s not okay!"
